If you have a problem with a product that has not been resolved by the Technical Department or Sales Department, you may be able to return the product to us. The first step is to complete this Returns form.
This form must be completed in full, and we will reply by email within 3 working days with return instructions.
Products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent. We will not credit products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use a protective box to prevent damage during transit. Food and drink products are not returnable.
